Narikala
2024

This painting, created by me, reflects a bold reimagining of landscapes through abstraction. Inspired by the iconic Narikala Fortress and the spirit of Tbilisi, I chose not to adhere to realism but to explore the city’s essence through vibrant layers of red, blue, yellow, and green. Each color and fragmented form is carefully arranged to create a sense of place that feels both familiar and strikingly new.
My approach blends deliberate structure with spontaneous expression, resulting in a visual language that speaks to Tbilisi’s rich history and my personal artistic vision. Through this piece, I aim to capture not just a scene but an emotional experience, inviting viewers to connect with the energy and depth of the city. This work represents my journey as an artist, pushing boundaries and exploring new possibilities in landscape art.
